O’Neal – Founder & Managing Member
Chase O’Neal is a U.S. Army veteran, technologist, and entrepreneur with a proven record of leading secure communications and IT operations in high-stakes environments. As the Founder and Managing Member of Static Line Solutions LLC, Chase brings more than a decade of combined military and industry experience to solving complex technology challenges for government and commercial clients.
During his Army career, Chase served with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 7th Special Forces Group, where he supported missions across the globe by managing secure networks, COMSEC operations, and advanced mission command systems. His deployment to Afghanistan placed him at the forefront of cybersecurity and systems administration in a combat environment—building resilience under pressure and a security-first mindset that continues to shape his leadership today.
Following his military service, Chase transitioned into federal IT contracting, where he has led large-scale SD-WAN migrations, network engineering projects, and cybersecurity initiatives in collaboration with agencies including the Air Force, SOCOM, NASA, and DISA. Known for bridging the gap between technical depth and customer mission requirements, he has coordinated with major defense contractors such as Boeing, Raytheon, SpaceX, and Northrop Grumman to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions.
Chase co-founded Static Line Solutions with his closest friend from the Army—brothers-in-arms since AIT (Advanced Individual Training) and Airborne School. The two went on to serve in the same brigade of the 82nd Airborne Division, forging a bond of trust, discipline, and grit that now defines the company’s foundation. Together, they built Static Line Solutions on the same principles that carried them through airborne operations: jump in, adapt quickly, and deliver the mission no matter the obstacles.
When he’s not building solutions for clients, Chase is an adventurer at heart. Based in Hawaii with his family, he’s passionate about overlanding, fishing, and documenting the journey through creative media projects.

Brandon Miller is a U.S. Army veteran, IT professional, and entrepreneur with extensive experience leading secure communications and network operations in some of the Army’s most demanding environments. As Co-Founder and Managing Member of Static Line Solutions LLC, Brandon leverages his background in enterprise-level IT management, cybersecurity, and mission command systems to deliver trusted technology solutions for government and commercial clients.
During his Army career, Brandon served with the 82nd Airborne Division, where he became a paratrooper and communications leader supporting complex missions at home and abroad. He deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, where he oversaw automation and information systems that enabled resilient mission command operations in combat conditions. Over nearly a decade of service, he held key leadership roles as an Information Systems Staff Leader, Commanding General Information Management Officer, and Automations Leader, gaining deep expertise in secure network operations, team leadership, and enterprise IT support.
After transitioning from active duty, Brandon co-founded Static Line Solutions with his closest friend and fellow paratrooper, Chase O’Neal. Having first forged their bond at Airborne School and later serving together in the same brigade of the 82nd Airborne Division, the two built the company on the same foundation that carried them through countless airborne operations: trust, adaptability, and mission success under any circumstance.
In addition to his military and technical background, Brandon is CompTIA Security+ certified and holds a Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. He brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic vision to every project, ensuring solutions that are both technically sound and operationally effective.
Outside of Static Line Solutions, Brandon is an investor and entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, business growth, and community leadership. Originally from Chester, Virginia, he enjoys staying active through sports, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
